Take a closer look.
Build Engine

Import, orient, support and slice — with Fast Heat Simulation built in, so critical areas show up while the build is still data.
Smart Hatching

Changes how the laser moves where it matters: hatch orientation and sequence derived from the local heat.
Power Control

Sets the laser power locally, hatch by hatch, so thin walls and sharp corners print cleanly at full speed.
Everything in one place.
One integrated environment. Import, orientation, supports, slicing and simulation in a single tool — no switching between programs.
Simulation at production speed. A full thermal prediction takes seconds, not hours. That is what makes it an everyday tool.
Open to machines and materials. Build jobs for the leading LPBF platforms, evaluated on seven OEM systems.

Frequently asked questions
How do I get a demo?
Through the form on this page. We show GENESIS live on a representative part — simulation, hatching and power strategy in minutes.
Is there a trial?
The usual route is a pilot on one of your own parts. That tells you more than a trial licence on someone else's geometry.
Which machines are supported?
The leading LPBF platforms; seven OEM systems have been evaluated. If yours is missing, we build the interface.
Which materials are demonstrated?
Ti64, AlSi10Mg, AlSi7Mg0.6, 316L, IN718, CoCr and M789 — each with demonstrated support-free overhang angles.
Desktop or API?
Both. The Print Suite as a desktop application for AM teams, the GENESIS API for automated production pipelines.
What does introduction look like?
Demo, pilot on your part, adoption into production. Calibration takes two factors and two build jobs.
