AMSIS Achieves Full Integration of GENESIS Print Suite with EOS Systems

AMSIS announces full technical integration of GENESIS Print Suite with EOS laser powder bed fusion systems, built  with support of the the EOS Developer Network.

BREMEN, 04 November, 2026 — AMSIS GmbH, developer of the GENESIS Print Suite, announced that its build preparation software has achieved full technical integration with EOS additive manufacturing systems, reached as a member of the EOS Developer Network. AMSIS gives customers running EOS machines a direct, supported interface from the GENESIS Print Suite to the production site.

GENESIS Print Suite sits between CAD and machine software in the laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) workflow, combining fast thermal simulation, automated core and down-skin zoning, and simulation-based smart hatching. With full EOS integration in place, build files prepared in GENESIS export directly into EOS machine software, carrying support structures, simulation-based hatching, and parameter sets.

AMSIS reports that the technology behind GENESIS is designed to reduce the trial-and-error that typically accompanies new parts and materials: the software calculates overheating risk and optimal hatch strategy in seconds, work that conventionally requires hours of simulation or multiple test prints.

Reaching full integration meant validating GENESIS output against real EOS build jobs rather than working from specifications alone. AMSIS credits the EOS Developer Network and EOS support team for making that possible — direct access to technical documentation, open machine interfaces, and a responsive support channel let us  work through the integration..

“Full integration with EOS is a milestone we’ve been working toward for a long time, and it wouldn’t have happened without the support through the EOS Developer Network,” said Jerome Geils-Lindemann, Lead Product Manager at AMSIS. “Their team gave us direct access to the technical detail and machine access we needed to validate GENESIS against real EOS build jobs, not just documentation. For our customers, that means a build file leaves GENESIS ready for the EOS machine floor, with no manual rework in between. That’s the kind of partnership that moves a product forward.”

Rüdiger Herfrid, Sr. Product Manager at EOS, added:

„AMSIS made full use of our open APIs and worked closely with our EOS Developer Network consultants to achieve a clean and seamless integration with their systems. It’s a great example of how open collaboration can accelerate innovation, and exactly the kind of partnership our Developer Network was created to support.“

The integration is available now to AMSIS customers running EOS machines. GENESIS Print Suite is available as a standalone Build Engine or with the Smart Hatching and Power Control modules for customers seeking full process optimization.
